Keeping the client in mind, we provide all the latest sampling facilities which our skilled merchandisers handle! Professional merchandisers look after the whole production Process right from the first sample to final shipping of products, i.e. with approvals of lab dips, size-sets, embroidery, accessories, cutting, stitching and finishing.
We do sourcing of trims, fabrics etc. from India as well as imported to fulfill the buyer’s requirement etc. We have been assisting the buyer with various kind of fabrics i.e. Cotton Silk, Habotai silk, 100% Rayon, 100% Polyester, Different kind of lace fabrics & other blended fabrics & in trims we have been catering different type of chemical laces, patches etc. We have supplier dealing in BCI & Fair Trade fabric which is rising and now a day coming in demand from various customers like Zara, H&M etc.
Our in-house manufacturing facilities & piece to piece checking of finished garments is done to ensure best quality output in production.The total output of all the FIVE factories is more than half a million pieces per month & is produced on state-Of-the-art modern machinery which allows us to be more competitive. Along with the work force, technical infra- structure is the twin pillar on which an organization stands. Highly sophisticated CAD/ CAM system cuts down the production lead time while reducing wastage also. For an organization to be successful, a company does not only need a set of well skilled workers but also adequate machines, space for everything to take place. We have taken an extra care in this section; we have established a product plant which has ample workplace, adequate light and ventilation. We have all the facilities and machines related to Sewing, Embroidery, Washing, and De- signing etc.
